STORY: The surge in cramp-related accidents shook the fairy community, and as the situation continued to escalate, an extensive education campaign was relaunched to raise awareness. SPECIFICATION: Della is captured stretching out her limbs ready for flight. She is balanced on a hand turned wall base that has been treated with oil to bring out the natural grain of the wood. Her flightsuit is a beautiful shade of yellow leather - Saffron. It is embellished with teal and tan patches. She has grey bunches, flight goggles and a standard issue acorn flight cup helmet.
Each piece is numbered (Della is #25), signed, and dated on the back of the base. They each come with a typed title mounted onto wood for optional display. Each sculpture has a certificate of authenticity and its own special postcard, featuring a sketchbook page from my original idea development.
