STORY: Have you ever pondered the perils of a fairy stopping abruptly mid flight. It’s a tricky and nervy manoeuvre. A flight-suit fitted with a braking system is a real advantage in busy skies. These superior suits feature a spring-loaded bottom flap that can be activated by pulling a lever to initiate an emergency stop. Wonderfully nifty and perfect for the safety conscious flyer.
NOTE: This Flapped Flight-Suit must be used with extreme caution. Fairies are always advised to continue to flap intermittently when negotiating an emergency stop to prevent unintentional plummeting. ‘Flapping Air’ is a vital skill to master when learning to fly and should be used even whilst coming to an abrupt halt. SPECIFICATION: Ewald wears a flight-suit that has been hand-stitched in sky blue leather. He has snazzy floral underwear to match the red patched detail on his suit. He has an aerodynamic flight helmet, earmuffs and wonderful oversized flight goggles. His spotted wings finish off his handsome look. He stands proud on his wooden base with typed label. It is signed and dated on the rear.
The base can be used free standing but is intended to secure to the wall with one screw for easy installation.
All sculptures arrive with a certificate of authenticity.
