STORY: Gretal has been busily checking vehicle landing strips for obstacles and weather debris. Her wings are sore from air miles. Her eyes feel heavy and her head is aching from concentrating. The Resting Station is just what she needs.
SPECIFICATION: Gretal wears a hand stitched flight suit in bright blue leather. The bold yellow details increase her flight visibility. She has an acorn cup helmet, brown flight goggles and yellow ear gear. Her chevron stiped wings are particularly special.
She rests on a swing style seat (stained oak). This sculpture can be easily suspended from a surface in your home. Lightweight in design, it can be attached with the tiniest of hooks (even into plaster walls). The ‘drop’ of the piece can be adjusted to fit all spaces. The swing has a typed label that sways along with the piece in situ.
There is a tiny date and signature on the rear of the swing seat, you have to squint to see it.
All sculptures arrive with a certificate of authenticity.
